Protein Calculator – Here at WheyProteinShakes.co.uk, we know that it can sometimes be difficult deciding how much protein to take based upon your own specific needs. That’s why we’ve decided to build this protein calculator for you.

All you need to do is put in some information regarding gender, weight, body measurements and lifestyle and we’ll be able to provide you will some approximate values of how much protein you should be consuming per day. We’ve even broken down the amount of protein you require on a meal by meal basis (based on 6 meals per day). Hopefully, you’ll be on your way to a more toned, well muscled body sooner rather than later!

How to use the protein calculator

We’ve made this tool as simple as possible to use. It should be self explanatory, however if there is anything that you feel is not quite clear, then here is a handy step by step guide:

  1. Select your gender.
  2. Enter your weight in lbs. Please only enter the numerical value e.g. ’180′ not ’180 lbs’.
  3. Only for women! Enter the circumference of your wrist in inches. Please only enter the numerical value e.g.  ’7′  not ’7 inches’.
  4. Enter the circumference of your waist in inches. Please only enter the numerical value e.g. ’34′ not ’34 inches’.
  5. Only for women! Enter the circumference of your hips in inches. Please only enter the numerical value e.g. ’34′ not ’34 inches’.
  6. Only for women! Enter the circumference of your forearm in inches. Please only enter the numerical value e.g. ’10′ not ’10 inches’.
  7. Then select your activity level. Be honest!
  8. Click on the calculate button.
  9. You will be shown two values in the boxes below. One if how much protein you should be consuming per day and the other value is how much protein you should be consuming per meal (based on 6 meals per day)

Amazing blog! Do you have any tips and hints for aspiring writers? I’m planning to start my own blog soon but I’m a little lost on everything. Would you recommend starting with a free platform like WordPress or go for a paid option? There are so many options out there that I’m totally overwhelmed .. Any ideas? Bless you!

If you’ve been lacking energy and finding it difficult to bounce back from illness then a body detox is what you need to restore your health and vitality and get your body back into optimum balance again.
